Weekly Message 5/18/2021
Happy Sunday!
I hope you have been able to take some time to relax this weekend.
This past week we completed all material for ENE489. The last homework assignment and participation question are due on Monday 4/19/2021 (let me know if you need the grace period). In class on Friday, we decided to use the last two class periods for FE review sessions.
Monday: Toxicology and risk calculations
Wednesday: Chemistry (with some mass balance)
Project 3 is due on 4/26/2021 at 11:59 pm. If you need the 72-h grace period let me know. I've posted the recording of Friday's discussion of the project. The YouTube video is unlisted, the link is https://youtu.be/bmWYTBNMqis. The link is also posted on the list of recorded videos on LON-CAPA.
There is no final exam in ENE 489. There is no need to log into Zoom during the final exam.
I will hold office hours as usual this week from 10-11 am. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have via Zoom or email.
You should have received an email from Bailey Weber about CLOSE forms, which help us improve student mastery of material and are an important part of the ABET process. Please complete the ENE 489 form at:

You should have received an email about the College of Engineering Withrow Award for Teaching Excellence from Sharita Williamson. You can find the form at: https://forms.gle/HagSiimPY2cm2CVv6.
We're almost at the summit of Spring2021 Mountain! Keep pushing forward and let's all celebrate together come April 30th when this semester officially comes to a close.
All the best,
Dr. Masten
